Impacc is a non-profit organisation with offices in Germany, Kenya and Ethiopia. We convert donations into equity stakes in African start-ups that act as job creators.
In doing so, we focus on local founders with local ideas for local markets – and support them financially, technically and operationally so that they can grow and create jobs on their own.
Till Wahnbaeck's Bio
Till Wahnbaeck is the founder and Managing Director of Impacc. Previously, he served as CEO of Welthungerhilfe and gained leadership experience in the private sector, including at Procter & Gamble.
He now brings these two worlds together at Impacc: donations are turned into investments in African start-ups that create local jobs. Wahnbaeck represents a new approach to global aid—one that empowers rather than simply provides. Till Wahnbaeck lives with his family in Hamburg.
